* BEFORE COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT: Hair must be properly detangled. There is a $50 DETANGLE FEE IF HAIR IS NOT DETANGLED prior to coming to your appointment (No Exceptions). More time is required for me to detangle hair.

* PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Zelle or Cash are highly preferred during the check-out process. There will be a Processing fee added if you decide to check out using Debit or Credit Card. ID is required for using card payments. No charge backs/disputes will be allowed. You will have to agree to these terms and agree that you have read all policies on the website to book. There is no fee on deposits booked with card when booking your services.

* Prices may vary due to longer lengths and/or thickness. Do Not assume the price being that all prices are starting prices. I will give you the final price at the end of your service.

* CANCELLATIONS/LATE APPOINTMENTS: there is a strict no call/ no show and last-minute cancellation policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment or have to reschedule last minute, you will lose your booking deposit. No Call/ No Show will result in the full charge (100%) of the booked service to the card on file and being blocked from online booking. 48 hours prior to appointment will be required for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Deposits will be credited to your next appointment if you cancel or reschedule within the appropriate cancellation/ rescheduling time. I do not return deposits.
